PAYMENTS
♡ A $25 non-refundable down deposit is required to book and confirm all appointments. This deposit will go toward the total cost of the service and will be deducted from the remaining balance that is due the day of the appointment
♡Zelle 773-948-1490 immediately after booking to confirm the appointment
♡ Cash or Zelle are the only forms of payment that will be accepted
APPOINTMENTS
♡Please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment with me so you can fill out paper work and receive a consultation before we get started
♡Any client that is 10 minutes late to their appointment will be canceled and the cancellation policy will be enforced
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW
♡All cancellations require a 24 hour notice to allow the opportunity for another client to be scheduled
♡A one time reschedule without loss of deposit will be available for those that give a 24 hour notice
♡Any client that does not give a 24 hour cancellation notice or is more than 20 minutes late to their appointment will be considered a no call no show
♡A no call no show will loose any deposit given upon booking
♡No call no shows will have a one time opportunity to reschedule their appointment with a $50 down deposit
REFUNDS
♡No refunds are given to no call no shows
♡No refunds for allergic reactions to products or equipment {allergies and health issues are discussed prior to appointment}
♡ A free service consultation is given before services are rendered; therefore, no refunds for displeasure with service

♡Results will vary with each individual client depending on dental structure/history
♡ No guarantees will be made. It is clients responsibility to ensure proper after care
♡ All tooth gem removals can be done at your regular 6 month dental cleaning with your dentist
♡ Must be over the age of 18 unless there is a parent/guardian present, has consented and given signature
♡Although Gorgeous Grills always puts forth best efforts in providing the best services, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will determine the longevity of their results depending on proper aftercare. This is why after care and client honesty in the initial consultation is so important to achieve long lasting results
